Seamless pipes are precision-engineered pipes made without any welded joints, ensuring uniform strength, high pressure tolerance, and excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. They are available in sizes from 1/8" to 36", wall thicknesses from SCH 5S to SCH XXS, and lengths up to 12,000 mm. Super-size seamless pipes above 24" and heavy-wall designs can be manufactured in a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, titanium grades, and specialty metals like Hastelloy, Alloy 20, copper-nickel, zirconium, and tantalum. These pipes are widely used in critical sectors such as oil & gas pipelines, petrochemical plants, power generation units, chemical processing facilities, and high-pressure industrial systems where durability, safety, and corrosion resistance are essential.
